SHIPPING

From June to September we only ship Monday through Wednesday.

We don't want your candles getting hot & bothered in a warehouse over the weekend.

All orders are offered live-rate shipping directly from our carrier (USPS) so that all freight costs are transparent to you.

Go ahead and grab some more candles, they smell way better than that live-rate shipping... pinky promise

We are happy to offer FREE shipping to all orders over $75.

 

PICK-UP

We love our locals and offer free pick-up in Wilmington, NC.

Our pick-up location is based on what local establishment or event we are attending each week.

You will get a personal message/phone call from us to remind and confirm that you are picking up.

If you would like to pick up and are not able to make the pickup location/time, please contact us to re-schedule.

Home Delivery

DELIVERY

Every Tuesday evening we deliver within a 10-mile radius of the Walgreens located on Oleander Drive in Wilmington, NC. 

Delivery fees do apply

 

EXCHANGES

To begin an exchange, please read the following and then contact us via DMs

 

ELIGIBLITY

Due to the nature of our products they must be unused.

 

If they've been burned, they are past the point of return.  

Products must have their original product packaging.

 

If sent back damaged there may be a restocking fee applied to your exchange. 

The product must be completely intact and resellable.

EX) A 12 pack of wax melts, must return with 12 unused wax melts.

The product must not be a LAST CHANCE purchase. 

LAST CHANCE marks the closing of a collection and will not be exchangable.

Custom orders are not eligible for exchange or return.

DAMAGES

All our products are packaged and inspected carefully before they are shipped to your door.

 

In the event that your order arrives damaged from shipment, please contact us as soon as possible via chat box with your order number and photographic proof of the product’s condition. This must be submitted to Archer B Well within 14 days of delivery.

 

We address these on a case-by-case basis to work towards a satisfactory solution.

 

Unapproved returns will not be accepted upon delivery.
